Browse 350+ natural products online, add what you need to your cart, and place your order before the weekly cutoff. We then order fresh directly from our suppliers, pack your custom box, and have it on its way within 7–10 days of cutoff. No subscription — order whenever it suits you.
When do orders close?
Orders close weekly. The next cutoff date is always shown at the top of edenfree.co.za. Place your order before the deadline and your box ships within 7–10 days.
Why does delivery take 7–10 days?
We don't hold warehouse stock. After each weekly cutoff we order your products fresh from our suppliers — so what arrives is fresher than anything sitting on a shelf, and lasts longer at home.
How often can I order?
Orders open every week, so you're never waiting a full month. That said, most of our community settles into a rhythm — bigger bulk orders mean better savings, lower courier fees per rand spent, and less time thinking about shopping.
Where do you deliver?
Nationwide across South Africa via Pargo and The Courier Guy. Delivery fees are calculated by location and order size. Local pickup is also available in Oudtshoorn.
How do I pay?
Secure checkout via Paystack — card payments or instant EFT. No commitments and no auto-billing; you only pay when you place an order.
What if I'm not happy with a product?
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll work with you to resolve it. We package carefully and stand behind every order.
Can I request a product that isn't listed?
